错误描述：
    1.管理中心可用性提示 Security Token Service 不可用

说明 ：Security Token Service 没有颁发令牌。此服务可能有问题或处于错误状态

LOG 里面： 尝试发布安全令牌时发生异常: The requested service, 'http://localhost:32843/SecurityTokenServiceApplication/securitytoken.svc' could not be activated. See the server's diagnostic trace logs for more information.。

试过 1.重启IIS、重启应用程序池中的SecurityTokenService
          2.设置应用程序池SecurityTokenService，禁用32位程序

•From IIS Manager, click on the SecureTokenServiceApplication. In the "Features View", double click on .NET Trust Levels. Ensure that the trust level is set to "Full"
•From IIS Manager, ensure that the application pool for SecureTokenServiceApplication is running. By default, the name of the application pool is SecureTokenServiceApplicationPool.

这些之前也有设置了，还是不行。

还发现一个问题  在管理服务应用程序那里，点开自己建立的 Secure Store Service 应用程序会提示：
 Secure Store Shared Service 没有响应，因此无法完成此操作。请与管理员联系
这个错误微软 有一个hotfix呀
后来把系统所有 KB 开头的补丁都更新了， 重启后就可以了。
应该是系统补丁的问题。
